Apprentice office Administrator and credit control
Fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to work in an office environment as an apprentice office administrator based in Birmingham. This is a full time position whilst studying towards a NVQ in business administration. Prior experience is not essential, but business acumen and commercial awareness is required.
The role entails the following:
- all aspects of office administration including liaising with clients, typing of letters, answering telephone calls , photocopying, scanning & filing, invoicing clients and credit control.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
- Assisting the accounting team from time to time with analysis work, collating records, etc.
- Other aspects of the role include company formations, corresponding with HMRC and VAT registrations - experience of which is not essential as full training will be given.
