We realise, there could be many reasons why you are visiting this page. Just curious, perhaps? Or have you been considering changing accountant for some time now ? If you have been thinking of changing accountant, then there is a strong case for making the move, sooner, rather than later.
The modern accountant realises, clients, more than ever, expect much more from their accountant. They want someone to advise, not just react. They want someone to take a genuine interest in their business or tax affairs. Someone they can trust.
Typically, it is quite straight forward, and we can do much of the leg work for you. We can even notify your accountant that you wish to change accountants. The transfer would normally take around one month.
If we have instigated the transfer on your behalf, then it would be unusual for your current accountant to contact you.
If they do, then in the first instance, please keep discussions between us, as private and confidential. Secondly, contact us to confirm the nature of the contact i.e. any outstanding monies owed or commitments, and we will respond to them on your behalf, to ensure the transfer goes as smooth as possible, and allowing you to get on with the important job of running your business.
As a standard practice, we will contact your current accountant and make a request for all relevant information to be sent to us. You should also inform us of any outstanding monies due/owed and any outstanding commitments.
Yes we do and these would depend on your own personal circumstances. Although we hope the first-class service you will receive is incentive enough, we are more than happy to tailor our services, to keep your accountancy fees to an absolute minimum.
If you are on one of our standard plans, then there would be no minimum contract period. All you need to do is give a month’s notice in writing. If we have negotiated a tailored plan, then typically, it would have been based on a full year, in which case, it would run until the end of the period.
There are several ways you can keep your accountancy costs down, internally, and with us. Using accountancy software, will process your transactions more quickly and efficiently and is a bookkeeping task you can quite easily do yourself. Subscribing to one of our popular pricing plans, instead of paying for ad-hoc services, can also give you savings. Respond promptly to any of our informational requests, saves us time and, therefore, money. Utilising our pro-active tax or business advice, can give big savings.
During our early discussions, it will become clear if one of our standard plans would meet your requirements. We have various plans: depending on your size of business; if you are already established; or if you are a new startup business. Either way, we are very flexible and can easily tailor or tweak any of our services to meet your requirements fully.
No, we are pleased to confirm, it will not have any impact on our level of service. The vast majority of accounting services are now online, removing the need for us to, physically, be on your premises. We also, routinely, use Video Conferencing facilities, such as, Zoom, when face-to-face meetings are required. Our clients find this much more convenient and meetings can be easily rearranged, if required.
Our financial advisors are here to support you. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours, but usually much quicker.
